Pet Policy

The Shelby is a pet-friendly community! We welcome cats and dogs with some breed restrictions and a 2-pet limit per unit. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of up to $370 and a monthly pet rent of up to $45 per pet based on the PetScreening pet profile are required. Please contact the office for more details.

We also provide a resident lounge for when you’re feeling social, but you can turn neighbors into friends during our monthly events, too. For added peace of mind, the maintenance team is available 24 hours, while the management one is on site and ready to assist.
